Dance for Balance with 3rd Law Dance/Theater

Join 3rd Law Dance/Theater during Falls Prevention Month for a free dance class at the Lafayette Senior Center. Based on the renowned Dance for PD® methodology, 3rd Law classes are designed for people living with Parkinson’s but benefit anyone with mobility concerns. No dance experience is required. Seated or standing, explore diverse dance styles and address balance, flexibility, and confidence through joyful physical activity. Families, friends and care-partners are welcome!
