Dance for Parkinson’s – Dairy Arts Center

This class is for people living with Parkinson’s, but benefits anyone with mobility concerns. Classes welcome and include people of all abilities, as well as families, friends and care-partners. No dance experience is required – class may be enjoyed seated or standing. Discover diverse dance styles to energizing and inspiring music and practical movement methods that address balance, flexibility, and confidence. Pre-registration is not required. A liability waiver is required and will be provided at your first class.
