Dance for Parkinson’s In-Person

This is a 1 hour free movement class offered in-person in the Gordon Gamm Theater at The Dairy. This is a gentle movement class that begins with a seated warm-up and ends standing if you wish. The Dairy currently requires proof of vaccination. Masks are optional. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to attend if you need assistance. For everyone’s safety a signed liability waiver is required. We will provide this at your first class.
